Lead the continuous development of new distribution opportunities in the Chemical Industry channel

 

Establish new business partnerships the global chemical industry and partner companies, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume, distribution targets

 

Significantly improve HIG’s presence at the Industry Area in the respective sales channels

​

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DISTRIBUTION OPPORTUNITIES IN CHEMICAL SALES

Continuously work on developing, refining and taking HIG's sales strategy to the next level

 

Understand the Industry customer within the respective sales channel environment

 

Work closely with supplier production on the projects

 

Implement an insightful and granular reporting for the local and global business

STRATEGY         DEVELOPMENT,         REPORTING & ANALYSES

Work closely with local teams in developing long-term profitable business partnerships and support them in implementing trade spend effectiveness by translating the global strategy into local joint business plans

 

Develop and foster a global community among HIG local parnter teams.

 

Leverage your expertise to up skill local parntner teams via training, coaching and select market visits.

HANDS-ON MARKET         SUPPORT

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

​

​

 experience in Key Account Management (trading or sales) with a proven track record, working with global brands (industry preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions 

 

In-depth knowledge of the chemical industry is required; chemical knowlage is a plus 

 

​Passion for establishing new business partnerships – ability to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain and impact on the existing business 

 

​Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality 

​Successful front line negotiation experience and problem-solving skills \

 

​Exceptionally strong communicatorSelf-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1718 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
